"I ordered two OEM black ink cartridges for my Epson C84 printer at an AMAZING price, but instead was shipped a set of no-name knockoffs. After contacting them, their support representative emailed me a prepaid shipping label for me to ship back the incorrect ink. About a week and a half later, they had shipped back to me exactly what I had ordered the first time!"

"The ordering process was easy, and the product was delivered quickly, despite the holiday season. However, packaging was completely absent. The item (an un-interruptable power supply) was shipped bare, in it's retail box. Not only was the box water damaged, but the UPC was hardly readable. Thankfully, it wasn't a high priced item like a PS2 or Xbox. I can only imagine what they do with computers."

"Made an online order, and was very easy. After waiting a few days, I didn't receive any shipping information, so I emailed to get a tracking number. Minutes later, they emailed back apologizing for an error in the system, and had a tracking number for me (it had been shipped days earlier). Funny part was, they emailed me the tracking number SEVERAL times because I never responded! Truely dedicated people!"
"Purchased a Kicker amp at a GREAT deal. However, when the amp came in, it didn't really look new. It was installed, but turned out to be faulty. I emailed support, and never got an answer. After a week of waiting, I called to get an RMA. They received it, and about a week and a half later I emailed them to find out the status of the RMA. A week later (about 20 days since they received the amp) I got an email saying it was out of stock and I'd be refunded. Great prices, sure. Used products? Maybe. Timely responses? Not at all, provided you get one."

"Got a great deal on a Tyan G9800 Pro, but when I used my prepaid FedEx account, they shipped it via Next Day Priority! Worst part was, the guy that I had to talk to through the whole situation was pretty rude, and this was even BEFORE shipping. Their rates were pretty ridiculous ($20, for a $7 package), so if you want to use your prepaid account you might want to take a step back."
