"Order cheap graphics card for an old computer. Card arrived in damaged box, with damaged heatsink. Graphics card is faulty (screen artifacts point to damaged memory).

The card itself is lsited as new but arrived in a box for a completely different graphics card.

Returns policy state item needs to be returned to hong kong plus a fee of 20% of the original value would be deducted. For items of low value the postage plus the restocking fee would cost me more than originally paid.

Especially frsutrating since there is no error on my part.

Have filed a case with paypal to claim back full amount."
