It was obviously not a single case of such a massive postal delay, as they sent a group email, offering customers 5% discount coupon for future purchases as a means of compensation for such an unacceptable delay. The delay was explained by them celebrating Chinese New Year (for 2 weeks?!!)- which in itself is a laughable excuse. Rest assured, I will not be doing any business with Bestofferbuy in the future."
