"I have ordered many items from this website and up until recently was pleased with the results and reccomended to friends, you get what you pay for and it arrives within 10 days to the UK.
My recent order though is a different matter, i orderd a mp3 player and a drop pouch, nothing arrived in the post in the 4 weeks after placing the order, when i contacted them they said to wait until the last delivery date and check with post office, well the last delvery date came and still no parcel, checked with post office, nothing, contacted the customer support and was told to wait until after the last delivery date which it was now past and which i had explained in the email (so they don't read the email too carefully) i responded to that email and got no reply at all, i asked for the process to either resend items (which i would still like) or a refund if not....... still no reply, it does strike me as a bit odd that the last delivery date seems to be just later than the time you have to make a claim via paypal........ i buy a lot of things from companies based in Hong Kong and Asian and find that i have no problems, until now....... maybe i have to just learn my lesson and not use them again and would suggest others do the same as the customer support is non existant"

"Back in June I ordered a digital watch with TV/VCR/DVD/SAT IR Remote controller. WhenI recieved it
, the watch works fine, but none of the other features work. I tried several times to contact someone , but never could. I just wrote it off as a lesson learned, and thur it away. I also ordered an electric shaver at the same time. The shaver said itran on 120v or 220v. Recieved the shaver with a 220v charger, and I expressed when ordering I needed 120v. I sent several emails, but never recieved any help with the problem. Just another item in the trash. That are just two things that were bad. I have ordered alot of other items and I'm pleased with everything else. I really liked the remote control Helicopter, workes great.

"bought a pair of shoes as a birthday gift for my brother in a different country. i thought it's not going to arrive on time for his birthday but was surprised that when he informed me it arrived 2 days before his birthday! Customer service is even kind enough to put a small birthday note so that my brother know it came from me. RECOMMENDED!"

"Its been a month since I've ordered my item. My money from paypal was withdrawn immediately, but the order is still "processing". I've sent 3 e-mails off the customer service, with no reply.

Hmmmm...doesn't look like I'm getting my item. Stay clear of this Asian wholesaler, and go buy it from a legitimate store.

UPDATE:
Within 24 hours of writing this review, customer service of BestOfferBuy contacted me, and me managed to sort this whole thing out. Its great that the customer service was very receptive and helpful. Still kinda annoyed how they missed my 3 e-mails but stumbled upon my review on some website, but their helpfulness in the end was outstanding.

"I do not know this company got even a remotely decent review. I ordered one item from them in April. A week after the order, I had fraudulent charges coming out of Asia, and I've never had problems with my credit card in the previous 10 years of using it. I canceled my card, got a new one, and waited 4 weeks, and still no item in the mail. I went online.. there was no status of where it went or a tracking # provided. I wrote them an email and was told I had to pay extra shipping (something like $12 for a $35 item) to have them ship it with a tracking number, otherwise they can't track it. They did offer to resend the product, but 5 months later, I've yet to receive it. I actually forgot about it until I saw my bill again.

Sooooo, in summary... Fraudulent charges from Asia right after purchasing from them?... maybe a coincidence. Never receiving my item?... maybe it got lost and was another bad coincidence. Not receiving my item the second time?... maybe it got lost AGAIN and a 3rd bad coincidence? I don't think so. I could care less about the item, I'm most upset I had to cancel my credit card, update all the accounts it was attached to, and file a fraud claim to get reimbursed. If you do not want to go through this, do NOT use this company. "

"The item (AC to DC 12V 1A Power Adapter) worked for 1 day, then stopped working I have contacted the seller 4 times to ask for a replacement or refund and still have not received a single reply. Surely items from this supplier should come with a guarantee, as stated on the website, maybe they do but then from my experience you'll never get the chance to find out as their customer service is non-existent and the comments submission form doesn’t work. Hence, I will no longer purchase from this seller..
