"This sticks are thin and brittle and cause concern for my puppy's stomach. I prefer bully sticks like the former ones offered that were thicker and less brittle. These seem to be as dangerous to eat as chicken bones and I would like to send them back. They were not described very well in your catalog."

"I emailed customer service about the odor-free bully sticks I ordered having an odor because I'm pregnant and the smell is hard for me to handle. I order from them all the time and I'm a good costumer. They told me to air them out for a few hours which I did, but they are still smelling. They said to send back for a refund instead of offering to send me new ones for the inconvenience. Since I have been such a good customer, I expected better customer service. "
