For me, what stands out most is customer service. Even the quality of all the products can be regarded as exemplifying the care and attentiveness Best Bully Sticks gives its customers. Product descriptions go into detail about ingredients, including the country of origin. Also, there are numerous options in many different categories (even vegetarian)--and all products are clearly described on a highly navigable website.

I am especially appreciative of the purchase options for quantity and according to the size of the dog. I was able to purchase several items more or less as samples without overspending or feeling that I wasted the money in case my dog did not like a given product.

Like people, dogs have different tastes. For my dog, his _least_ favorite were the trachea and the tendons. But because Best Bully Sticks has the option of individual purchases and therefore items can be sampled at little cost, I did not regret the purchases (after all, I now know more about what my dog likes/dislikes). Also, I simply gave the products to my neighbor for her dogs (two Boxers), who loved them.

I also purchased a Spiral Bully Stick, odor free. Well, it is not odor *free*, but it has far less odor than any other I have tried. I have a small dog (Maltese-Bichon mix) with a love for chewing. He loves this product. I cut the stick I purchased in several pieces. Each piece is now approximately 2 1/2 inches, and each provides my 14-lb dog ample chew time. Leftovers are stored in the freezer.

As much as he enjoys the spiral bully stick, my dog has two favorites--the Organic Sweet Potato Dog Chew (Snook-s) and the 18 Inch Lollipop Sticks.

I purchased the medium-sized sweet potato chew with the plan of breaking it down into single portions. This product far exceeded my expectations. I was amazed by how many single portions I was able to get out of _medium-sized_ chew treat! I simply untied the hemp rope and separated the braids (so I could still provide the single portions on a rope, albeit much smaller). Even presented to my Maltese/Bichon mix in individual-disk portions, one is too much to give at once, though he certainly would like me to let him have more! With some effort (which he enjoys), he is able to gnaw off small bits at a time. After about 10 minutes, I take the rest away to place in the freezer until the next time. Just the purchase of this one item will last, at this rate, for a couple months. Best of all, the sweet potato disks are made are made with human-grade, dried, _organic_ sweet potatoes.

I also divided up the Lollipop Sticks, as they are huge (for my small dog, at any rate). From the two 18-inch lollipops, I got a dozen 2-inch pieces, perfect for a 5-minute chew treat. I keep these in the freezer, too, and my dog seems to like them even more as frozen treats that have a bit more crackle and crunch!

Delivery was extra quick, and all products arrived in separate, air-tight packaging. Then, a few days later, I received a thank-you note. Incredible! Again, I think Best Bully Sticks has outstanding customer service. In all honesty, it is the best customer service that I have ever encountered.

I will definitely continue to shop at Best Bully Sticks! The name _Best_ says it all.

"I purchased 9 slender 6 inch bully sticks and 9 regular 6 inch bully sticks. I used economy shipping. The total was $32. When the package arrived it came in one of those flat USPS mailing envelopes.

I was truly surprised how little $32 would buy you. I am a woman with regular size hands. I could close my grasp on both bags of bully sticks in one hand.
