"The Best Boy.com site cancelled my order for a GF4 Ti4600 card that they offered for $129.00 I had a valid sales contract and they debited my account the amount of the card, plus shipping. They then said they had posted the price in error (system error) and cancelled the order.
I want my card and I want it at the fair price it was offered at.

Best Buy sucks!

"Bestbuy cancelled a legally binding contract that we made in good faith for the purchase of a GeForce 4 Ti4600. Their pathetic attempts at resolving the issue have done nothing to quell my dissatisfaction with the way they run their business and treat their so called "loyal" customers. I used to shop at the online store and their various B&M stores frequently, but they will never get any of my business again."

"Price match has been worthless.
They refuse to pricematch a local store even though their policy states they will.
I had a gift card to use - I will just buy it at the other store - use gift card another time

BB will wait until you place and confirm your order, wait a few days, then respond with a message along the lines of "We no longer carry that item, but we will sell the EXACT same manufacturer item number under a different BB catalog number for a lot more money. "I ordered the GeForce4 Ti4600 for $129 as well. Best Buy updated my order status no less than 3 times and sent me an email that my GeForce4 was "on backorder".

Then, they canceled my order as a "systems error".

Best Buy will only send canned emails in response to any email you send to them. At one point, Best Buy said all further correspondance on this matter must be mailed to a PO Box in Minnesota.

They claim their Terms of Service (TOS) allow them to change anything about your order (even after it has been placed) including the price of the merchandise. If their Brick and Mortar stores adopt this TOS, be prepared to have Best Buy come into your car or your home and demand you pay any price they decide because they think they set the original selling price too low.

"BestBuy burned me on a special they ran with Crucial PC2100 back in December (cancelled my order and claimed that the manufacturer has stopped making the product!) and then again with the VisionTek GeForce 4TI4600 deal. They do not require you to agree to their TOS when you register to make online purchases, nor do they in any way present you with the TOS and links to it on their page are small and nondescript, yet they reserve the right in it to cancel orders for any reason at their discretion. This is unacceptable."
