Don't get sucker by the low price because it going to cost you ever penny you spend and you don't get working hardware. It's not worth the hassle."
"Their site says that they will contact you if they don't ship your item within 4 business days. They haven't shipped it, nor have they contacted me. In addition, their phone goes straight to a blow-off message 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
I believe that this company is a scam and that it has closed but is still collecting money from unsuspecting people over the internet.
(I have gathered as much from all of the other terrible reviews people have left for this sham of a company.)

"I placed an order to purchase western digital 120GB hard drive, model # wd1200jb, on 4/18/05 for $69.00. I was charged the next day. When I checked the shipping status on the web, it stated as "shipped". I sent 2 emails requesting UPS tracking #. I did NOT get any response. When I called the phone # on their site, no one answered. The voice mail will pick up then hang up. When I finally got hold of someone on 4/26/05 after many phone calls, I requested to cancel my order. The person, Jim x2207, told me he'll credit $69.00 back to my credit card account. As of today (5/5/05), the charge is still there.
I had contacted my credit card company to place dispute on this merchant, my credit card company is doing its investigation on my behalf.
I should have read the review in pricewatch forum, many on-line shoppers have similar experiences as I do, no reply on emails, no reply on phone calls, DIFFICULT to contact.
I hope by sharing my bad experience with "bestbargainpc.com", on-line shopping folks can be aware of this merchant.
I am sure you folks do NOT want to experience what I had experienced with this merchant (bestbargainpc.com), please spend some time to read this merchant reviews and STAY AWAY at all cost.

I purchased 5 items totalling almost $300 dollars and so far more than a week has passed with my 17" flat panel still missing in action. Also, I paid extra for two components in silver and received them in white. All efforts to contact this provider have failed. I have emailed sales and service and called numerous times. Prior to purchasing the part I called the BestBargainPC.com sales department @ ***-***-**** and verified that this drive was indeed a Hitachi Travelstar 7K60, and that they were in stock. I did this specifically because the part number of the drive was not listed on the site (it merely said Hitachi 7200/60GB 2.5" notebook drive) and because there was an option during checkout to "substitute" another drive for the one that I had ordered (hidden in the fine-print during checkout - I wanted to make sure I received the actual drive I ordered).
I received the drive the following week and installed it in my laptop only to find that it is not a Hitachi Travelstar 7K60, but rather the E7K60 (a budget version of the drive intended for blade servers and thus lacking the power conservation features of the 7K60 - I confirmed this with Hitachi support). In short, despite indicating during checkout that substitutions were NOT okay (out of curiousity - when would they be?) and verifying over the phone the drive that I wanted, BestBargainPC.com still sent me an inferior "substitute" drive.
Following up with customer service has been a nightmare. Even when I can get them on the phone (no 1-800 service number so calling them is on your dime) they won't confirm that I will receive a refund, full, partial or minus restocking fee, if and when they decide to accept the drive. Even getting a response has been difficult as none of my 6+ emails has been returned from customer service and currently I do not even have an address to ship my RMA. I spoke to customer service immediately prior to submitting my RMA request and they assured me that they would respond within 24hrs - instead 3 days passed before I myself was forced to call them back.
Long story short, even if they offer a lower price for whatever part you are seeking, go someplace more reputable (I love Newegg.com, I've heard good things about Tigerdirect.com, I ended up ordering this same drive from Portableone.com and they seemed decent) as the money you might save will in no way compensate for the headache of having to deal with a company that trys to scam you by sending cheap "substitute" hardware then refuses to take your calls.

"I ordered on 4/5/2005 and they promptly charged my credit card the next day and sent me a tracking number which when used came up as invalid. The email also said the order would be shipped within 24 hours. I tried emailing them multiple times at addresses found at their own website and recieved NO response and it is now 10 days later (and the tracking number is still showing up as invalid). I also tried calling them at numbers found at their website and they were ALWAYS busy. Another interesting thing is the number listed for them on my credit card statement had been disconnected, imagine that. So now it is 10 days later and I have read MANY other bad reports about them (wish I had checked them out first before I ordered), so I have contacted my credit card company to get a charge back. I don't do service with deceptive companies like www.BESTBARGAINPC.com. I WARN YOU ALL TO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!"
