Then I called FedEx to clam , but it seems very hard to do clam on FedEx, so I contacted Bestbargainpc, it only took 3 mines to get my return No. I told them I need this package before Friday, then they sent the new one to me as 2nd day air without any shipping charge. "This order was for two hard drives. One failed an hour after installation. It took three days of perstistent email, phone calls to get a RMA number. Sent drive back overnight delivery, took over a week to get a acknowledgement and still no action. Finally asked for a credit. They had the nerve to deduct a 15% restocking fee for a defective drive. It cost me 25 dollars to learn what a dishonest company they are, customer support is non-existent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! "Being my first purchase from this seller I was a little worried based on some of the other reviewers’ comments. I guess I decided the good price was worth taking a chance on. I could not be happier with that decision. I ordered my burner (Pioneer DVR-108) and software (Nero) on Monday at about 8:30pm with free ground shipping and they were waiting for me at my door on Wednesday when I got back from work at 3:00pm. Everything was packaged securely with tons of bubble wrap. I would order form this seller again.
I only have one issue. I was under the impression that the copy of Nero that I purchased would be the full version. Unfortunately it was only a Nero Express and some other bundled software. I think this is probably more my fault than their fault.
One final note, in the conformation e-mail, that they sent me, it provided a link to a find out about your order status page. I guess it was supposed to update based on your order being processed. As of now mine links to a page that says “Will ship within 24 hours”. Obviously I already have the drive, as I stated above. This was not a big deal to me because the provided tracking number was all I needed.
I hope others have the same experience I did. Seems like a great seller to me. Good price and fast service."
"Placed an order for 4 Seagate 160MB drives on 9/29. At the time I placed the order the drives were in stock. Received a voice message the next day saying that the drives were not in stock. I replied via e-mail, but asking for an estimate of when the drives might be available but received no response.
I finally got through to someone via phone after numerous calls. I asked that the order be kept open since they expected the drives in shortly. I have received no communication from the company whatsoever and when I called to inquire (be prepared to keep calling until you reach a live person. Voice mail won't get you a call back) I was notified that the order had been cancelled yesterday (10/25/04).
When I asked whether the reason for the cancellation was that their current price for the drives was about $25.00 per drive higher than the price I purchased them for originally, I was assured that was not the case. I was also assured that a refund to my card would be forthcoming shortly. Not sure why they would have charged my card before the item shipped and then held on to the money for almost 1 month.
Poor communications and non-existent customer service add up to a company that probably won't be around for much longer. Deal with this company at your own risk."

Sept 7, 2004 -- $182.99 charged to my bank account for the purchase. Received notification video card would be shipped within 24 hours
Sept 13, 2004 -- Order status changed to CANCELLED, no email with an explanation, and no refund posted to my bank account. I called this company to find out what their story was, they stated the video card was out of stock and out of production (this, after claiming the order was packaged and waiting to be shipped). Demanded refund of $182.99. I was not given any promises.
Sept 20, 2004 -- No refund posted as of yet. I am going to bank to file paperwork against this company to force refund. As far as I'm concerned, this is mail fraud."
"Ordered a hard drive and selected "I'll wait" if they were out of stock. Took a while, but eventually I got the hard drive I ordered, sealed (seems brand new), no complaints so far. (Haven't hooked it up yet though.) Remember people are more likely to post a review if they had a horrible experience, so you can't always trust the ratings."
"Ordered a DVD writer from them on 8/24. They listed the item as shipped on 8/27. To date (9/1), they have not actually shipped the order.
Calling them and asking them to confirm the status of my order resulted in an emial response from them:
"Dear Important Customer, Do to an over load of orders the warehouse was unable to inform me on the status of your order. If still concern recontact us asap. We Sincerely apologize."
I have followed up with an additional email to them, but no response after 2 full business days.
Do not do business with these people."
"Ordered a pair of hard drives and motherboard on a Sunday via Fedex Ground. Their page showed shipped via UPS, but the tracking link was for Fedex, and per the link, the package sat at their warehouse for *days*. Finally the package shipped and arrived 11 days after order placement; but only the hard drives arrived! The same day, I noticed a credit of the amount of the motherboard to my CC. After sending an email asking what happened to the motherboard (2 weeks had gone by at this point), I was told it was 'discontinued'. Had I not emailed, I am sure they would not have even replied. D- for customer service."
