"Prices are absolutely great for prescription glasses. Prices are almost cut in half in comparison to in store prices. However, I’m so disappointed in the length of time it takes to receive your glasses. If it takes longer than a week (7 business days) to process glasses, On your website, you should put that truthfully. Instead of saying normally 2-3, but could take up to 5. I’m on business day 7 of “processing” and I’ve reached out twice to customer service with no response. After I finally receive my glasses whenever that will be, I won’t be ordering again. "
