"the order came and was missing the an item, note written on slip said out of stock and refund given,I did not get a refund for this! also no email was sent before hand telling me my order was not all coming! also 2 pair of the shoes are not the size I ordered. I called your phone # and everyone is so RUDE!!!! one girl hung up. one guy said the refund was given, but you know the shipping cost a $1 more when i added that item that didnt come to my cart and he told me no it didnt and that you wont refund the extra shipping it cost for the item I did NOT recieve. they said I would have to pay to ship the wrong size shoes back and wait till you get them and then you will mail out the correct ones........why the HELL would I pay to ship back YOUR mistake. you should provide postage paid returns when it is your fault! this all makes no sense, you guys are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
