"Don't do business with this company. They sent me a "red fusion" shirt that looked nothing like the picture. And after I returned it, they admitted that all of them looked like that. Instead of giving me a reimbursement, they told me to wait for the next shipment of shirts.
I waited 6 weeks without hearing a word from them. When I contacted them again, they told me that they'd never get it. Apparently they have a deceptive product and don't want to change their advertising; hoping that most people won't bother to return it.
Then, without offering me an immediate refund, they asked "Is there anything else I can get for you?". When I requested a refund, they didn't give me the shipping back--not even my side of it--insisting that it's against their policy, and that I talk to their supervisor.
So I sent this excerpt from their return policy to both them and their supervisor:
"If sending an item back due to a warehouse error or mistake on our behalf you are entitled to a credit for your return shipping to rectify the issue."
After which I never heard back from them. So I lost lots of time and over $10 in shipping.

"Not a good one! I purchased 275 light in the dark yoyo's for our Canada event to hand out to the kids. Well as we were handing them out the kids kept comming back and saying thay do not light up, or they are broken right out of the package. This is the second lot that I purchased as the first also had to go back because they did not work at all. I wrote to Bewild and said I was shipping these back and was told that it was past my 30 days so so to bad so sad. The kids got no yoyo's and I'm stuck with 165 useless yoyo's. I placed an order on 5/27/2011 and of course got a confirmation email. When I didn't hear from BeWild regarding my shipment I called to verify my order information and shipping time.

ring three (3) time then disconnects.
I looked a company up in the yellow pages that is on the same street as BeWild and they were nice enough (believe or not) to get in their car and ride down the block to check out their office/warehouse. He called back to tell me that there were no signs of life, nothing in the building and of course no cars.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was lucky enough to get my money reimbursed by my credit card company and they will go after this FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

I got this nice butane torch that has 2 settings and i can lock them so they stay the same setting and the flame is hands free... i got a nice 3 chamber grinder with a built in pipe... I ordered my products on Wednesday 5/4 and got them today 5/6... I am very pleased. The prices were also very good for the product i received. Since i ordered at like 4 in NJ and their warehouse is in NY, I am going to put them down a star on shipping since it shouldn't have taken too long to process. "I ordered a belt and it was broken when I received it. It took me almost 3 weeks to get ahold of them. When I finally did, they had me send it back and assured me I would get a new one and be reimburst for the shipping. I did this. They then told me that I had to pay for another belt and if I wanted mine back, I had to pay the shipping for it. Im handicapped and dont get that much to begin with. I never got any response from them in regards to the contact I made. I finally was able to make contact with them and told them to cancel my order as I had to get my items elsewhere. "there was a problem with the delivery and the company did not want to deal with it. they even asked me to call the shipper to deal with the problem and the shipper only deals with the shipper. It has been a month and a half and they say the will ship it tomorrow. I will never buy from this company or recomend this company!!!!"
"I ordered with BeWild.com via Amazon. 10 minutes after placing the order, I realized the shipping address was correct. I used the "Contact Seller" form on Amazon to inform BeWild.com of the incorrect address. Two days later, instead of getting a response I get a confirmation that the product shipped...to the wrong address. I called customer service and the person that answered the phone was very rude. He informed me that it's not their responsibility, and that they don't consider using the "Contact Seller" form or e-mail a "valid" form of contact. When I tried to argue, he stated "I'm too busy for this sh**" and hung up on me. My advice, if you're going to order online from someone, order with a company that considers e-mail a valid form of contact (which is every online seller except Bewild). There are plenty of other e-tailers that sell the same products...don't risk losing money with Bewild."
"I ordered some pants and a glow stick on a Sunday morning. So Monday they should have received my order, which I had selected 2-3 day shipping for. But nothing happened Monday. I had to call on Tuesday and I am convinced the package would not have gone out on Tuesday either if I had not have called. The people at BeWild are plain lame to be 'frank'. My scheduled delivery is for Friday and my package has been sitting in Oakland for over 24 hours without moving, and I am in Santa Cruz, CA. I would be very surprised if it makes it to me in under 24 hours, which it must to be able to meet the scheduled delivery time. Do you think it is right to order on a Sunday with 3 day air and not have it arrive until Friday/next Monday? Ya, me neither. They seriously did nothing about my order all Monday and Tuesday until I called. It's like they 'forgot' about it. They are really slow over there. I called today to sort of complain, but really just ask why the package didn't go out Monday, and I never got an answer and they hung up on me, but oh, they said "Thank You." (and then hung up). My package arrived Friday, I ordered on a Sunday. I had 3 day shipping selected. When I called them on Tuesday to see if my package went out yet, it hadn't. I called at about 3:00 east coast time. And the package went out at 6:10. So here is what I think happened.... They are lame asses and weren't going to have my package ready to ship out until I called them. Seriously, if I wouldn't have called, what would have happened? Anyways, the size was right thank god on the pants, and the glowstick only lasted like 30 minutes but whatever. At least all my stuff came, as I ordered it, in-time, but barely. "
