I informed BeWild.com that the address to which the items were mailed was a UPS drop and that the items were not delivered by USPS and returned to them . . . I provided alternative addresses for delivery without success . . . Seems my $10.93 was the price I paid to learn a lesson about BeWild.com's customer support . . . Not to worry, I won't be ordering from them, again . . .

"I ordered some shoes, they sent the wrong size. I called and they said would gladly give a full refund if I sent the shoes back.

So I spent $12 shipping to send the shoes back, and they shorted my refund by $8.95, and refused to give a full refund like they previously said they would.

So I am out $20.95, and have nothing to show for it. "

"OK... I ordered some things from bewild and was very clear on what I wanted to order. So clear in fact that I repeatedly asked them to make sure they had the right items, then the same day I got an email back saying that I had ordered something else! I immediately phoned in the same day and asked them to change it. And they reassured me that the changes will be made, then i get a shipping notice with the still THE WRONG ITEM IN THE PACKAGE... I CALL AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT EVEN THOUGH IT'S THEIR MISTAKE AND THEY SAY THAT I HAVE TO PAY MORE JUST TO RETURN THE ITEM!!!! I PHONED THREE TIMES! TO MAKE SURE THEY DIDN'T SEND THE WRONG THING AND THEY STILL SENT THE WRONG ITEM! EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD CHANGED THE ORDER AND EVERYTHING... I'm reporting them to the BBB too!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!! THEY ALMOST DOUBLED THE PRICE AND THEN SENT THE WRONG STUFF TO ME!!! "

Received a confirmation email that my order was on the way coming by ground and two days later when I checked the projected delivery date, I instead noticed in small type, "This order has been cancelled." Boilerplate notification sucks!

"This is the WORST online store I've EVER encountered!!! Their customer service hasn't evolved from the Neanderthal era. To top it off, they tried to rip us off of our money by trying to convince us that our shipping and handling would cost $45 when most online stores ship for free for merchandise over $100 and our order came up to $260 without the promotional code.


They called and asked to charge us $25 more on top of the $20 S&H they had already charged us stating that they were losing money because of the "bewild10" discount we applied for on their promotional codes. We saved $24 using the discount code. After all the nasty spiel we went through back and forth trying to reason with them that it doesn't cost $45 to ship those shoes, we cancelled our order and found the SAME EXACT Heelys from another online store for $100 less AND only $7 S&H. Bewild.com "Manager" called us back after 10 minutes stating that the $25 charge was only an overnight shipping and handling charge and that they can ship our order without charging us the extra $25 with regular ground shipping. By that time, we had cancelled payment on our CC with them and called the number on heelys.com for suggested retail stores that wouldn't try to rip us off."
