"I found them to be very delayed at the beggining. My very first 2 orders took almost 3 months to ship to me. But, since then, the rest of my orders have been shipping in 3 weeks. Which is great! I enjoy shopping at Beyond the Rack because they have such a great selection of clothes to choose from. I haven't had to return anything, but I was credited for an item. The customer service was excellent. Very helpful"
