"Very happy with the end product, however UPS, their tracking system and when things actually arrived were a bit of a nightmare. UPS's tracking system said they attempted delivery, when they did not. The business was open the day they "attempted" delivery.
Outside of the shipping issue and that it took almost 3 months to receive, we're very happy with the end product.

I got size 9 I'm always 9 and these shoes are 8 and a half, if you see the label reads 9 but I'm not sure from what country they are bringing the shoes. So I lost $50.00 because I can't wear them. And to return them would cost me $40.00 with the H&S both ways. So I have to keep them. I don't recomend to buy shoes with this company."

"Beyond The Rack did everything they could to ensure I was pleased due to a product being delayed in shipment. They gave me a gift card to purchase something else. There are not any companies I know of who would do that to keep you as a customer. "
