"I love shopping at BTR and enjoy the products. Very pleased with them. The only thing that keeps me from saying that I'm 100% satisfied has to do with timing for delivery I've experienced in the past. One item was shipped July 26th and I didn't receive it until August 15th, while another item shipped August 4 or 5th and arrive the same day as item shipped in July. Sometimes when I order items, they are gifts and needed by a certain time and not sure when I order something if I will receive it in time.

Quality and price are amazing and I totally love my purchases. Just the shipping (sometimes) leaves something to be desired.

"I find that by the time I receive things, I've forgotten about them and 9 times out of 10 they don't fit and I lose $10 because of it (return shipping). I also find the BTR credit frustrating because if you order something and it doesn't fit, you can't just use that money and go elsewhere because it's tied up in store credit. I do plan on quitting beyond the rack for anything clothes related because the sizes don't seem to necessarily be true to those of similar items in retail stores. "
