"I am pretty much always satisfied with my BTR experiences. However, it would be more helpful for me to get a shipment notification email when my order is on its way to me. I could honestly care less that it is on the way to your warehouse and isn't very helpful when you have to track your order every day for a week and a half with no change to it's status, never knowing when it is actually going to be out for delivery. I just want to know when I will get it at my door step.
