"I do like that you will split an order and ship as they arrive. I do find that it really takes a long time to get the items that were ordered. I really have to plan ahead if I want something new for a trip or by a certain day.
I have also recieved a different size than what was ordered a couple of times. Although I know I can return the items. Sometimes it just does not make sense to do this.
Other than this I am very happy.

"Somehow my shipping city was changed from Indianapolis to Chicago, so my box was delivered to an address in Chicago that did not exist. I had to fight with both Beyond the Rack and UPS to reroute my package to the correct address free of charge. "

"I emailed Beyond the Rack to let them know that my postal code was not registered and that I was having trouble getting my order delivered to my address. They responded overnight - and everything was fixed by morning. This company is awesome! I have become so accustomed to poor customer service - that I feel compelled to highlight good customer service when I see it! Way to go, BTR!"
