My first purchase with them was a few years back when I purchased a coat that took forever to deliver to me and looked cheap so I tried to return it and they wouldn't give me back my money, so 2 years later I decided to finally be done with them and spend the credit I had on file. I should've left it there, however, I purchased a teapot and a samsung sonic toothbrush. Well the teapot almost burned my apartment down because of the poorly made handle and I found out Samsung doesn't make toothbrushes. So good luck to those suckers that rated this store high. The item still hasn't shipped, and is now estimated to be shipped between September 30 and October 4. It would be nice if realistic estimated shipping dates could be available when placing an order. I may not have placed this order, had I known it was going to take over a month** to ship!

"They used to be really good, but lately it's been getting scatchy. I have had two orders in a row, when after sitting on my money for about a month, they would inform me that the item was not available and refund me. Then they sent me the wrong item twice already, one of them a rug with the wrong coloring and pattern, which is really difficult to ship back, once you have opened it. And their delivery times are just ridicoulus lately!
i used to be a very satisfied Beyond the rack customer, but i am relatively annoyed lately! "
