Still not satisfied with the answer to my watch problem. You sold me the watch I feel it is up toYou to solve the problem. I do not have time to phone around etc. about how I can get my watched fixed. I went on site and you had the same watch for sale. You should have let me return my watch for one that works. It many cost me more to fix the watch than what I paid for it.. My dissatisfaction is only for the problem I have. "
"Despite following your size guidelines, it is difficult to judge what size to buy. I can buy a medium in some items and a large is too small in others. I absolutely love some of the items I have purchased. It would be nice to have a customer rating system that gives you an idea if the item runs small or has a more narrow width. I don't know if that is possible, just an idea..."

"I have been quite satisfied with my experiences with Beyond The Rack. There were a few times where my items took much too long to receive and there was a time where I was sent the wrong size (i ordered a sm and received a lrg) and they were out of that item after that, so I couldn't get a replacement. The good thing is that Beyond the Rack did what they could to make it right, and they even sent me a few $10.00 gift cards. I really appreciate that gesture- says a lot about business. I will continue to shop there and recommend it to friends."
