"Ordered two items, one was refunded because item was not available, and 2nd item has not been shipped yet (order placed 08/26 and now is not scheduled to ship until 09/26.
However, I am only dissatisfied that I have not received my order yet. I did order one item by mistake (duplicate item) which was quickly refunded by Beyond the Rack, and I was given a shipping credit and was kept informed of all delays. Great customer service and Beyond the Rack is one of my favorite places to shop on line. Thank you! "
