"I will give them 4/5 for overall score. I bought 2 sets of sheets last month and I got only 1 set 3 weeks later. They cancelled my order without informing me in advance and when I called the costumer service they refused to refund the shipping fee. I bought 2 sets of sheets because the shipping is expensive, now they only shipped half of my order, it is reasonable for me to get at least half of the shipping fee. so I called twice and they finally agree to refund me some credits. communicating with their costumer service is a waste of time, and the shipping is super slow. That's why I give them 3.5 originally. But since they refunded me, I think I should raise the score a little bit. "
