I quit using this site because of this but have decided to try it again and nothing has changed, in fact I think the service is getting worse. When you call in to find out where the merchandise is you get the same standard line that they are told to give but really your merchandise is not coming and here is token for your time,to which you have been waiting almost two months for. I do not like the fact that your credit card does get the credit but you have a credit with this company to which you get stuck with them and have to go through this process again. Once or if I receive my products this time may be the last.
