"Worst online shopping experience, I have ever had. Ordered a kitchen table and chair set that was shipped to a New home we were moving into. When I opened the box the table was damaged at which time I immediately reported to company (because we were moving, I did not open within 24hours - however there was no damage to the exterior of the boxes and they were wrapped to a pallet that seemed externally in good condition.)
Beyond Stores has done nothing to resolve issue and is only offering me an opportunity to buy the same table for cost. Why should I have to buy a second table when the original one was damaged upon arrive. Oh, they offered $80 so I could have the table repaired locally? What are they knowing selling damaged goods? Why would offering a repair be suggested and why would they not back their product if it was NEW in good condition when it left their warehouse.
If you are unsure about buying furniture online -- DON"T BUY FROM BEYOND STORES - it will be the worst online nightmare -
