"I ordered a mirror from this company with the expectations of easy return as indicated by the website. The mirror arrived with a broken frame despite the packaging having no obvious damage. I contacted customer support, sent pictures and was offered 100 dollars off if I would keep the unusable "decorative" mirror. I contacted support and was told that I could get a replacement, but that I couldn't return the product for a refund even though it was broken.After some discussion,"support" said that I could return the product for a refund, but that I would have to pay the shipping. There is no mention of this in the return policy and there is a statement that there are no restocking fees. All -in all a poor experience and Obviously won't shop this website again."
