"I ordered two items from BigSupplyShop.com on 09/29/2011 for an upcoming shooting competition. I would have ordered more, but they didn’t have several items that I needed. The items I did buy were a Troy Industries 13" TRX rail and an Aimpoint optic cover. The items were shipped very promptly and were exactly as described. The prices on the items were also several dollars lower than any other price my Google-Fu could find!

Even though I paid for "2nd Day Air" shipping, I received the items on 10/04/2011. I guess UPS can't add, because that isn't the second day and the items shipped on the 30th. One of the items (TRX rail) was defective and fixed by the manufacturer (no fault of the seller) but unfortunately, I didn't have it for the competition!

I received e-mails from BigSupplyShop.com informing me of the status of the order and tracking information. I'm an instant gratification shopper and the updates make the "waiting game" a little bit more palatable.

My only real "gripe" with the seller is that I wish their selection included more manufacturers. As stated, I needed several additional items (like products from Daniel Defense, Samson, Midwest Industries, VLTOR, Surefire, LaRue, V-TAC, and Magpul to name a few) that were not available from BigSupplyShop.com and had to make an additional order from another seller. It would have been nice to have placed my entire order with one company to cut shipping costs and the hassle of being home for multiple shipments.
