"I ordered a TC muzzle loader a week before the season started. BigSupply had the best price I could find anywhere. I had just ordered from Buds guns and wanted to use them again but they insisted on unnecessarily using an FFL so I went with BigSupply. BigSupply said it would ship in 48 hrs. When it did not ship on the second day I emailed them because you cannot call them about order inquiries. This would normally irritate me but I previously inquired about the availability of the item by email and received a prompt response. I received an email that evening from Cory who checked on my order and preceded to get it out the next day with 2nd day air at no cost to me even though I would have paid for the upgrade at that point.
