"I paid the upcharge to have it shipped UPS. They decided to save on shipping and send it UPS surepost which was not delivered by UPS but transferred to the local post office and delivered by USPS. I don't understand why they would do this since I chose the option at checkout. I hope there happy pocketing the savings since the order already had a separate charge for insurance and handling.
