"This is the second time I have ordered for BA. The first time I placed an order they had called text and emailed me to notify me it was too cold in the next 10 day so they couldn't sell me the snake. Which was perfectly fine. That was a few months ago now. I ordered a snake March 18th. Got a confirmation said they eventually sure they had any females left but would push my order through. It was supposed to ship Thursday the next week. I got an email stating it was to cold would ship the next week. Next week came and order still says confirmed. So I reached out to them to find out what was going on. They said they sent another email which I did not receive. I was told he was going to refund my money in 30 minutes and that Monday was the best day to ship because it was over 40 degrees for the low that night and would give full live guarantee but he was going to cancel the order. A few minutes later got another message saying I would have tracking number Monday. So Monday comes around which was yesterday and nothing. I tried to reach them no response. Today I tried to reach them again finally they respond saying they emailed me again. I once again did not receive it. They said that it was to cold to ship yesterday day and said they would ship on Wednesday or Thursday. The overnight high is actually lower for those two days than yesterday. I even took a screen shot of the actual temp last night. So at this point I don't know if I will get my snake and if it will even be a female. I used sezzle made two payments already so I would avoid them at all costs. I just keep getting the run around from them. I asked for a refund as I can just buy local at a little higher price and they refused. So today 4/8/21 I reached out again to see if they still planned on shipping today and was told I am crazy. I had read other reviews which mentioned Steve the owner and to reach out to him. So I mentioned hope this isn't Steve figuring it was an employee, well he mentioned he was indeed Steve although can't confirm due to not being in person. He also mentioned paying his people to leave bad reviews of my business. So at this point I would not recommend using them. He doesn't seem to care about customers and is unethical. I have left a review on another site with many screen shots of weather and our conversations. The good news is I did get a shipping confirmation today. So if Steve did or didn't in fact talk to me and would like the review to change please reach out and let's have a professional conversation but as of now I recommend everyone avoid this business. "

"I highly recommend purchasing from anywhere else. I purchased a baby ball python. They took the payment out of my account immediately, but sent absolutely no confirmation on my order. Shipping was fast but that was the only positive thing that came along with this order. The company states florida, but the snake was shipped from texas.. The snake was between 18-19 inches long. Nothing like the video "of a comparable snake" we would receive. There was zero information in the box. Not approximate age or the last time she was fed. Also, no information on if she had been given live or frozen mice. The Only way at all to "talk" to someone from the company is to text them. Emails are all automated and just tell you to text them anyway, so don't bother sending an email. I texted them the day after we received our order, and asked approx. age, when is the last time she was fed, and if she had been given frozen or live mice to eat previously. They responded to wait 48-72 hrs to try and feed. Also that they eat fuzzy mice. We waited the 48 hrs, she wouldn't eat. We tried again after the 72 hours, still nothing. Her cage had two hides, one warm and one cool. She had a water dish. Her cage was set up great, but sadly i woke up this morning and she was dead. We hadn't even had her for one week. Please do not order from them. They do not get back to you in a timely manner, if at all. For live reptiles, you must report any issues withing 3 days. If you choose to order from them, keep everything your reptile was sent in along with the shipping label. Then send it right back. I am so upset, and so is my son who was really excited about our new snake that died within a week. Awful."

They respond kindly before purchase, but if it becomes a problem, they turn into evil.
I bought 4 Leopard Geckos from this seller on Monday, March 8, 2021.
The next day the package arrived, and when I opened the package, I sent a leopard gecko without any insulation.
And 1 out of 4 Leopard Geckos appeared to be in very poor health.
It seemed to be a temporary condition due to stress during a long flight, so I took intensive care in the warm Vivarium.
That night I checked my Leopard Gecko, and one unhealthy lizard was struggling to bump itself from place to place in Vivarium.
It was midnight and it was difficult to take him to the vet, and I had to watch the sick Leopard Gecko without sleeping.
But in the end, he couldn't last a few hours and died.
I sent a picture to the seller at dawn. But in the morning, I sent him a text again with a picture.
There was no response. When I said that I would open a dispute, the answer came.
He told me to print a lizard on the box. I accidentally threw the box away.
I accidentally discarded the box, but said that it's a Leopard Gecko you sent and that I'm comparing one of the same morphs.
He also said he admits what he sent and gives me a $75 shop credit.
I said that I will bear the cost of re-delivery because there was a mistake in the shop that the unfair policy was not confirmed.
He rejected everything. Because of the only box!
The box is part of the evidence for a claim if a bad buyer replaced another dead reptile.
He admitted to being the Leopard Gecko he sent.
However, he said he couldn't give a refund because of the only box, even though he admitted that he was the Leopard Gecko he sent because he didn't have a box.
Never buy reptiles from this seller.
It's a very poor seller, and since then I've seen this seller's Internet review and the rating is very bad.
Don't be fooled by kindness in the first place!
Also, don't believe in 27 years of experience! He didn't put any warming material in, and he just sent it like a cheap item.
I'm sure... if you buy reptiles from this seller, I'm sure you'll really regret it and hate reptiles.

“Customer who writes this sent us dozens of texts, we asked the customer to please send us the photos that he agreed to under our live animal policy which is to send a photo of the claimed animal on top of the Fedex box with label showing clearly. Customer was asked three times to send these photos and never did claiming he immediately threw out the box. We tried to work with the customer by giving a $75 credit but he threatened us with that he will review on all websites if we didn't give a full refund. To date we still do not have those photos. Anyone can go to our website and see that we have hundreds upon hundreds of reviews from customers. ”
