"I paid for one they had listed available. They took the money out of my bank. About a week later they notified me they "could not find a supplier". They refunded my money and I tried for another "available" copy. They took the money. I tried emailing to ask them to be sure it didnt slip out from under me again (at the time, I thought that is what had happened). I got a reply that basically said to just wait. I waited about a week. Then they said they "could not find a supplier" and returned my money. Books should not be listed "available" if they are not. Money should not be taken before the book IS available. "Customer Service" needs to communicate better.
