"I ordered a Racktime Box-It rear rack carrier and the proprietary keyed lock that secures the product to the rack. I was told on the phone when I placed the order that the lock would be shipped separately. I was told that there was a new shipment of the locks in the warehouse and that I could expect the lock to arrive in a week or so. Yesterday, after waiting two and a half weeks, I inquired about the lock. I was told today via email that I am at the bottom of a waiting list and should not expect the lock to arrive anytime soon. In the email exchange that ensued, I was basically called a liar for suggesting that someone over there told me I would get my lock in a week. Now I have an expensive rack accessory that I cannot use. The $15.00 lock was the selling point for the hundred dollar rack carrier because I live in an area that is prone to bike and bike accessory theft. I will not be making any future purchases from bikebagshop/bikeshophub."

BUT...

You would think they would fix the order by shipping out the correct item as fast as possible. NOPE. They shipped my correct order item at a shipping rate that was even SLOWER than my original order adding insult on top of injury!!! Not very professional in my opinion. And definitely not a way to instill customer loyalty."

"I ordered a Vaude Cycle 28 Backpack/Pannier on Thursday, Oct. 23. I called the shop to check if it was in stock and they said that they had 6. Went ahead and ordered one online. Received a confirmation of my order by email a couple of minutes after that. Reviewed this and sent them an email asking when I should expect the package. They quickly replied back with a Fedex tracking number with an estimated delivery date of Saturday, Oct. 25.

I didn't have to pay or shipping because my order was more than $100. I think it's a good price because Vaude quotes the backpack at 85 British pounds (includes VAT), which is about $137.

I received the package on time--Saturday morning. Inspected the bag and everything looked good!

This was an excellent purchase experience and I received pretty good customer service when I had a question. Replies were quick and timely and contained the information that I asked for.
