"Could not remember my password so called the 1-800 number. Order process was simple and salesperson was friendly and helpful. Price is very competitive. Kinda disappointed in split shipment. Rear tire arrived today, quick delivery and as indicated by UPS. Front tire is scheduled to arrive Monday. I take my bike in tomorrow to let the shop change the tires so this means an extra trip and a delay in getting it back. Shipping time is probably within commitment but I would sure have loved to have both tires arrive today instead of just one."
