So I called and was told they didn't have it in stock and it was coming from another warehouse and the rest of my order would be placed on hold until that part came in and then they would ship my whole order. "Ordered a leather jacket from their daily email. Bikebandit.com sends daily emails with special one day prices on select items. The next day, the price had gone up 150%. The one day price was 40% less than any other comparable jacket from other manufacturers. The website had several reviews from others who had purchased the same item. This helped to provide pro's and cons from unbiased consumers and answer some questions that weren't answered by the product description. There were pictures of the jacket as well as a video with one of their staff showing the various features. The only thing I thought was missing would be more pictures of the jacket interior. It's not clear if the liner is full sleeve or just a vest. For the price, I really can't complain, either way.

I did use their online chat to verify some details about their return policy. The representative was available immediately and quickly answered all of my questions.

I have not yet received the jacket as it is currently in the hands of UPS, but it was ordered on a Sunday and shipped on Monday. The shipping cost was very reasonable and the handling time was quicker than expected.

The only thing that I did not like was the packaging the tires came in, it was two pieces of cardboard with banding around it which when my son found it on the front porch there was NO doubt what it was, so much for surprises.
