"The buying experience was okay. Shipping was fast and the bicycle was packaged well. I did not have any issues assembling the bike. The problems I did have were that the rear skewer was overly tightened, and the rear derailleur was not even close to being tuned. When I shifted all the way down on the shifter, I still had 3 cogs to go. Instead of shipping the bike back, I took it to the local bicycle shop to get it tuned. I bought a direct to consumer bike from Fezzari a couple years ago. That bike was perfect. I put it together and didn't have to do anything to it.
