"Took me a bit to understand the website's layout and how to navigate. BizChair could use some refining in that department. Otherwise, when I found out how to search for what I wanted, I found a decent selection of what I was looking for: 24/7 Intensive Use Chairs.
I understand what I was looking for isn't necessarily "the norm," so to BizChair's credit, they actually had a decent selection.
I read up on their return policies and policies for broken/damaged products, and overall it seemed very reasonable.
The main thing that I had a hard time getting past was the reviews for the website overall. I had seen MANY mixed reviews from poor customer service and incomplete shipments to intuitive menus and great products. The reviews were very polarizing. The last thing that was bugging me was the fact that the site in general was not fully secured, as stated by google chrome (the exclamation point icon in the url, on the very left).
So, here's hoping things turn out okay."

"Called to order casters for a chair I purchased 10 years ago. Great chair just needed new casters. I called bizchair the customer rep was very short and made no effort to get a description of the type of caster I needed. Immediately stated the item was discontinued and no longer have casters for discontinued items. End of conversation. I look online on bizchair.com and find the part (casters) myself. The 5 casters are overpriced and the online website is not user friendly. "
