"Yellow, Reddaway, whatever name they chose to use when you call them. Can't tell you where the shipment is. Can't tell you when to expect it. Answer maybe one question then end the call. Super unprofessional and not even in the US.
If this is who you do business with for shipping we here at the City and County of Denver wont be doing business with you.
Also, when you call BizChair for help, your reps can't answer any questions about the shipment either. Worst buying experience ever.
Prompt responses from Customer Service after negative review posted. And then a drastic change in communication from the Shipping Company. Then all of a sudden the item ordered is delivered post haste. Sad that this change has to be fueled by a negative review. But, I am grateful for the prompt and professional response. So, I am bumping my score up to 4 stars for the response to my concerns.
The sofa is also perfect for what it was purchased for. Thank you! "
