"One reason I ordered from Bizchair.com is they showed the item I wanted in stock (in fact they still show it's in stock). Then I get a "product is on backorder" email. It's been one week and the order still hasn't shipped. Called customer service (couldn't find an email address and the emails they send are "no reply" which is very annoying) and the agent was somewhat helpful and also somewhat short. I expressed frustration that the item showed in stock, but still hasn't shipped and is apparently on backorder. She tells me to ignore the backorder email and that the order is processing, but cannot give me a ship date. Sorry, but if you say it's in stock, then it should have shipped 7 days later. Still happy with the price and the transaction was easy (good website) but the delivery and service is lacking."
