"I have never been so disappointed in customer service or experience but I have no choice but to order from this company one last time since I have already ordered six tables and to NOT use this company would mean I would have to buy 10 new tables instead of adding 4 as I am now. I had six tables delivered last year. 3 of them were delivered damaged. I informed the company immediately but after filing my complaint, submitting photographs and talking with their management they still refused to exchange the damaged items or return my money. I had made multiple phone calls and had emailed a number of times but was told it was "too bad". I am forced to make this final purchase since I need a total of 10 tables. After this I will likely never order again. I hope that this time the delivery person will stay as I request while I open the boxes since last time he would not and BizChair said it was fine that he left and that I had damaged items. Huge disappointment. I do business with hundreds of small businesses. I would have loved to recommend this company but this point I am in a state of triage and hoping to move on."
