"So often delivery boxes and cartons arrive banged up. My two chairs were delivered on day stated and in perfect condition. I love the old schoolhouse-style chairs and they fit perfectly in my kitchen. In addition, I have two very good friends, that, through no fault of their own, have gained weight because of their medications. I have no concerns now about a chair supporting them. "Was easy to order on the Website. Was delivered promptly and with little damage. A small tear in the cardboard on the side of the box, but no damage to the chair itself. The chair assembled easily. It is now adjusting the chair to meet the employee needs. I wish the back reclining of the chair had a better tensioning independent of the seat, but this may just be how this chair was built."
