"Had a hard time finding the screws. One set was in the bottom underneath the cardboard flap of the box and one set actually already fallen out in my yard upon delivery. After I found the screws it was relatively easy to install the back. Has faint highlighted markings to help you align the top of the back. Have to understand you have to install 6 screws yourself and there are no starter holes in the cushion plywood back. If you are a little handy, can operate a cordless drill or screwdriver it is simple to align and screw in. Great chairs after that. Very sturdy. I am a very big guy and these feel very safe for me to use. "
