"I did not like shipping charges, most of companies ship for free. There are missing parts. I received the chairs, order number BIZ000302384, on March 06, 2022. As of today, April 11, I did not receive the missing screws, three four packs (total 12 screws, coper/bronze color to match withe chairs). I received screws (eighth) steel color, was wrong. I am still waiting to get the correct screws. I hope I will receive in a week, otherwise I will return the entire order.

"1. Ordering on cell phone does not easily show the shipping costs. I was surprised to see cost on my invoice in my email after ordering.
2. I called within 5 minutes of having placed the order to cancel. The support person could not find the order as it had not hit the system yet but eventually he saw it and told me that he would cancel it. Not receiving a cancellation notice emailed, I called the following day and another support person said he would investigate and report back to me on the same day. He did not so I called before end of day and spoke with another support person. They tried to contact the 2nd person and he eventually said it had not been cancelled and was already shipped. The tracking indicated that it had not been shipped. I tried to get a supervisor to intervene and stop the shipment but they did not. The delivery occurred approximately 3 days later. I had to have the delivery company return the product to Bizchair. They say they will refund the product cost but not the shipping both ways. I had tried to avoid this and been in contact with them to no avail. I hate Bizchair's service and will not only not buy from them but will begin posting negative reviews so buyer should beware of their scam to obtain money one way or another."
