"The ordering process was easy, chair arrived on time. Conversation with agent about the chair rollers on a vinyl floor led me to believe the chair would be suitable. It is MARGINALLY suitable. The rollers cannot be easily exchanged for a more vinyl-friendly type. The angle of the rollers to the leg makes the roller squeak as they move, and leave a small indentation in the vinyl flooring. Chair height and comfort are fine. Having to return an item I put together is too cumbersome, so I'm sucking up the cost. Agents need better information about the chair rollers on BOTH carpet and vinyl or hardwood flooring. The same information should be posted with the item description on the website."
