"I purchased a 38.00 folding chair. Much to my dismay, the chair was unsatisfactory. After receiving a Return Authorization # and the necessary shipping label, I took the chair to the USPS for return to Georgia, USA. Customer service told me that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer and shipping charges would be deducted from my refund. Okay, I suppose. The chair cost me about 38. The return through USPS was 53.23. I will gift the chair. I understand companies are no longer picking up return shipping costs. Be sure to read the fine print."

"This is the second chair I've purchased from BizChair. I purchased the first to outfit my home office at the beginning of the pandemic and needed a good chair since I'd be spending 8 hours in it a day, 5 days a week. I was not disappointed. It cost less than I was expecting to pay for a good quality office chair. Nearly 2 years later, it's still in great shape. Assembly was quite easy with the included tools. The free shipping was quite fast.

"Easy enough to order two chairs. Two acrylic chairs. Shipping was expensive, $41 through Fedex that I had to pay. Chairs arrive, put one together to check it out. They are not comfortable for our intended home use. So call to get a RA number to return them. Of course return shipping is on you and good luck getting a decent shipping rate for a 28 lb box of chairs. Basically shipping is more than the chairs are worth, makes a return a moot point. Maybe that's bizchair's strategy - offer a return policy but it's basically worthless due to shipping costs of these types of larger items. "
