"I guess there is something wrong with their online order tracking system, every time I checked my order, it told me my order had not been shipped yet and there was even no estimated shipping date. So I sent them email to ask about the status, however, no one ever replied to it. But today, I received the package and that means they have shipped the item on time but haven't update the status.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the item and speed, but I do want to say the service may not be very comfortable."
