"They delivered a sofa table to me damaged in several places. It was poorly packed. Most of the damage is from manufacturers defect (HEKMAN) from wood separation. I did not like the manner I was spoken to. I ordered the table on February 14th, 2012 and it was delivered on March 2n, 2012. Table weighes 76 pounds and in a tall box. Drive placed in my garage after I had to ask, he wanted to leave on the street. I asked for assistance to open the box, he refused and told me he had to leave. Now I have to deal with this. I have taken pictures and forwarded to Bizchair damages dept. I do not like the tone of the people I spoke with. I have taken pictures and forwarded to them. I contacted my credit card company and will file a claim with BBB. "

"BizChair advertises free shipping. However when I returned a defective product they charged their outgoing shipping cost back to me. So it is not free shipping if you have to return something. It ended up costing me around $70 in shipping just to try their product.

Another concern is that my anti virus software detected several instances of BizChair's site attempting to implant malicious phishing code on my computer."

"The delivery of the chairs was phenomenal: two days after I placed the order. The assembly was a little more complex than promised, but went well. The only caveat I have is that the foam on the seats were misshapen due to packing and I am hoping they will eventually smoooth out. All in all, good value and very comfortable."
