"Overall experience was a frustrating one. Ordered the chair expecting it to arrive as it was advertised within 3-5 days. I understand shipping has some delays at the moment but it took almost a month of calling customer service every other day and threatening to cancel my order to get my chair shipped out. I seemed to get the same generic scripted response from each rep blaming shipping delays completely on FedEx. Reps were friendly but didn't seem to have access to enough information to resolve the issue faster. I was told to call FedEx myself to arrange for pick up of the chair and then was told by FedEx that since I was not the shipper, I couldn't arrange the pick up. Instead of coming from 80 miles from me, they ended up sending one from the east coast. I finally got my chair. The chair itself is fantastic so far. Strong, solid, smooth, and very comfortable. If you are going to order from here, just make sure to keep an eye on your order and make sure it gets shipped. "
