"I was very weary about purchasing a chair online without physically testing it out but the chair looked great and the reviews were positive. I dont regret my decision whatsoever, very comfortable even so after 6 hours of use. The chair is stylish and easy to assemble, would def recommend. Would purchase again from this retailer, free (fast) shipping and no tax! I almost fell alseep in it the first day :)"

"The ordering process was very simple, and the item arrived within one week in perfect condition. I don't order often online, and I found this to be very easy. The item looks as pictured, and it will perfect for the intended use. To hold a laptop so my mother can see me in Portugal via Webcam. She is 94 and bedridden and complains the laptop is too heavy on her lap."

"Leather chairs with padded arms arrived about one week from order date. Needed to be assembled which was disclosed prior and easy to do (I would consider myself handy but still easy enough). One chair was in perfect condition, the other had some dings in the wooden legs and two spots on the face of chair back where the leather had been nicked out a bit, but overall in "good enough" condition and nothing that a month or two of regular use probably wouldn't do. These two chairs are to serve as client chairs in my inner office (not conf. or waiting room) so I wanted them to be pretty comfortable. While not "lazyboy sink in soft" they are good for what I wanted. Note the leather does not appear to be dyed all the way through as you would expect on a more expensive leather chair and the padded arm rests are only padded on top, not all the way around as you might assume looking at the picture. Overall very happy with the ordering process and time of delivery. Would rate the product itself an 80 out of 100 (more like a 90 when you factor the price paid though). "

"placed order on line. this was very easy.
however, after a week the chair didn't show up.
i called customer service and i was told that the chair needed to be ordered in group of 4. they in turn told me that 2 emails were sent to me stating that i needed to order a minimum of 4. i never received these emails. i sopke to stephanie who explained to me about the emails and the manufacturer's policy of 4 chairs. i told her to just cancel the 1 chair and that i would order other chairs from bizchair. she was very helpful in showing me an alternative chair which i ordered.

"THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I BOUGHT FROM BIZCHAIR, OUR CHURCH ORDER 50 CHAIRS AND THE ADD SAID ONLINE WITH THE RACK WELL WE LOVE THE CHAIR BUT THE RACK NEVER CAME, I CALLED AND ASK FOR IT TO BE SENT , THE RECEPTIONIST STATED IT WOULD ARRIVE, IT DID NOT, NOW WE ARE AWAITING 50 MORE CHAIRS WITH RACKS IT SHOULD ARRIVED THIS WEEK, AWAITING TO SEE IF CHAIRS AND RACK ARRIVE AS STATED, I LIKE THE SITE EASY TO ORDER, BUT WAITING THIS TIME EVERYTHING STATED ARRIVES AS INDICATED. "My experience with Biz Chair.com has been horrible. I wasn't notified that my order was discontinued until i called to check the status of my shipment date. Then I called a week later and found out that my chairs are on back order. I recommend any potential consumer not use this company."

We are also open 7 days a week, from 8 AM - 8 PM Monday - Thursday, and 8 AM - 5 PM Friday - Sunday.

Shipping costs to return products can vary greatly depending on the shipping method chosen, origin and destination location, and the product dimensions. Unfortunately, it is often difficult to estimate what the cost to return an item is, but our representatives will assist as much as possible.”

"They are deceitful company. They only keep the good reviews for their chairs online. I know, I left a bad one and it was removed. So you buy a chair because of it's high rating only to find out it a piece of crap. The return shipping will cost you $60 because you also have to pay for the initial shipping you got for free."

"This place is great - especially for chairs for big people, which are not easy to find and often overpriced. And, they stand behind what they sell. When I had an issue with my chair after six months, they immediately sent out a replacement part.

They had the best price for a chair with the rated capacity I needed, no sales tax, and free shipping. I wasted hours trying to find something suitable on Amazon, but high shipping charges were the big problem.

I'm very pleased with bizchair's product and especially their service! The high rating they have here shows what a good job they do.
