"Not the least bit happy. Plastic parts on chair are scratched and scuffed up. Chair lift does not work. Something rubbed against the fabric on the seat and left a big mark. The only quality thing about this chair is the embroidery, beautful job it's the only reason this chair isn't going back. Will not recommend this site to anyone. One time customer here!"

"I purchased an ergonomically knee chair. I used this type of chair for approx 15 yrs and then changed jobs and didn't have one for 4 yrs. It took me awhile but I finally broke down and bought myself one because my posture was getting so bad and my back was hurting more and more. As soon as the chair arrived I put it together (no problem) and have been using it daily. I sit in front of a computer all day and my back already feels better. I could just kick myself for waiting the 4 yrs to come around to my senses.
