"In this day and age it’s standard for a product, especially a small simple order, to go out on the following business day, and it’s annoying when you need something fast and pay for next day air shipping only to have an entire day go by and it not shipped knowing that you could’ve picked somewhere else that had it and it would’ve shipped, then customer service is a voicemail and a text asking for order # and name that never gets a follow up after you answer it it. Either hire more help or put in big letters on the checkout page that it takes multiple days to ship so someone looking for a speedy delivery doesn’t waste their money on next day air with you. "
