"Bought my first knife from Blade Ops and used their code for upgraded priority shipping but was charged for it anyway. They promptly credited my card after I sent them an email.
The two day priority shipping took a few extra days to arrive but I realize they can't control the postal service. It was however shipped with a signature required which meant I was at work when they tried to deliver it. I had to go to my local post office to retrieve my package. I'm not sure why but the second knife was just delivered to my home and didn't require any signature.
